Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

The Platform exists to connect consumers with licensed help. This policy draws the bright lines. Violations can end your access immediately.

You will

• Use your own devices and identity for calls and texts to customers; the Platform never dials for you and neither do you through any automated system.
• Identify yourself, AskLily, and the purpose of contact at the start of every cold call.
• Log honest dispositions and professional notes; treat every note as a record a regulator could read.
• Keep credentials private and sign out on shared devices.
• Use exports only for your own dialing and servicing of AskLily leads.

You will not

• Use autodialers, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or bulk SMS tools against Platform data.
• Contact any number or address flagged do-not-call, or attempt to bypass scrub gates, calling-hour limits, or license gates.
• Resell, share, scrape, or bulk-copy leads, prospects, briefings, or documents; probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Platform; or access another agent's book.
• Upload malicious files or content you lack rights to; carrier documents you upload must be materials you are authorized to possess as an appointed producer.
• Misrepresent products, rates, underwriting outcomes, or your identity; harass anyone; or discriminate unlawfully.

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate at our discretion, and will preserve and disclose records where the law requires. Some violations (DNC breaches, autodialing, data theft) skip the warning.
